2. Telephone consultation
Next, we will schedule a brief telephone consultation (approx 15 minutes) for an initial discussion. This helps both parties determine how we can help with planning a luxury event for you.
3. In-person meeting
We will schedule an extended personal meeting to discuss your general plans: scale, locale, format and style parameters. We will also determine your main priorities for the event. That helps us ensure your event is a success.
4. Research and moodboarding
Jacqueline Kennedy will embark on the research phase. First, we will prepare shortlists of venues and suppliers, followed by style suggestions and colourways. Next, we’ll sense-check the direction of the plans. And finally we will present you with a curated framework of possibilities. If desired, this can include extra services such as event floorplans, moodboards and even CGI renderings of the main focal areas and rooms. This means you feel confident that every element of the event planning is perfect.
5. Bookings
When planning a luxury event, it’s essential to secure your suppliers as soon as possible. We will ensure your bookings are confirmed, including the florist, and dress or suit designers (if required). This may include menu tastings, complete with sommelier, to ensure the menu is perfect for you. Our comprehensive planning service means you can be confident that every detail will be delivered to the highest standard.
6. Event Management
And finally, the Jacqueline Kennedy team will provide on-the-day management. We will communicate with your venue and suppliers to make sure the day proceeds seamlessly. This means a stress-free event for our clients. You can relax and thoroughly enjoy the experience.
